Rensselaer Honda

Went to Rensselaer Honda yesterday to negotiate on a used Honda HRV. Didn't come to an agreement, however, pretty close. Woke up this morning at 9:00 a.m. to the phone ringing, it was Rensselaer Honda begging for our business. We came to an agreement on a price. Salesman said 'you have a deal, come get the car.' Said he would put a 'sold' sign on it and have it detailed and ready for us when we got there. He knew we are 90 minutes away, we said we were going to the bank to get a bank check to pay for the car in full and would be there shortly. We arrived at 12:15 only to be told by the Used Car Sales Manager, FRANK, that 'THE CAR IS SOLD.' So... I guess 'you have a deal, come get your car' doesn't mean anything to this 'Manager.' THEY CALLED US TODAY FOR THE DEAL! SAID WE HAD TO BE THERE TODAY! I guess since it was the end of the month? Then we get there and it's 'no deal.' Very bad business, no integrity, GREEDY. I would NEVER recommend anyone contact this business for a car.
