Never leased before. New experience. Sales rep Mike Williams was unfailingly patient, answered questions and worked with me (and daughter and son-in-law) as I dithered seemingly endlessly about actually making a decision and signing. When we did test drive, he explained car’s features clearly. Once I did make up my mind and did paperwork, my new Fit was ready and waiting for me. Sorry I can’t recall her name, but very nice lady paired my phone and pointed out additional features. All in all, a good experience.
