We worked w/Brandi online to purchase a car. She was outstanding. We had sent an email to all Honda dealers in the area. We asked for best price and that we would be in touch. We didn't want a number of emails coming to us from dealership. She was the only one who did just that. the other dealerships sent numerous emails after sending best price. She listened, sent best price and waited for us to contact her. That is why we went with her. Joe Mancini is probably the most honest salesman I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He is how great salespeople used to be. It was such a pleasure working with him as well. Santiago was a gentleman that was also outstanding.
