I've owned Honda cars for a lifetime and have always serviced them at Honda in Staten Island, NY. My experience with Honda service on Staten Island has always been exemplary. The Service Manager, Jeff Pasenkoff and Elaine Bruno are always ready, able and willing to accommodate and assure you that your car is in safe hands. They are experienced, knowledgeable, professional and trustworthy. I've known Jeff a long time and am confident with his and Elaine's advice pertaining maintenance and servicing of my car. I continue to service my car at Honda in Staten Island because of the care, confidence and trust I have with Jeff and Elaine. If Jeff and Elaine decide to move on, so will I.
