Honda of Staten Island ALWAYS delivers. Everytime I walk through the door , these employees are dressed to.impress and their winning attitudes shine every time . Today , I went to return my very first lease , 2018 Civic Sedan LX . The exchange was so easy and, all my husband and I needed to do was wait. The Honda team made us feel comfortable the entire time. We were paired with Michael Lopiano and Mario Beltran. First of all , GIVE THESE MEN A RAISE ! Can we say " employees of the month " ? They provided quality care and both, my husband and I, absolutely adored them . Michael is a very honest, humble and kind salesman who answers all of your questions and tries his best to help you whenever you need. Shout out to Michael for helping me keep my sanity while waiting! You were fantastic :) Mario Beltran is out of this world . He is funny , forward and a snazzy dresser. My husband and I have been able to work with Mario before and he provided the same immaculate service , if not , better. He also knows the best taco spots and food reccomendations in SI and Brooklyn lolol . ( yes, conversations have occurred about other things as well as cars haha) Anyhow, after a while of waiting, I was finally about to drive off of the lot with a car that I wanted , as happy as can be. I literally screeched with joy as I drove home .. Thankyou Staten Island Honda team . Thank you all for your patience , hospitality and professionalism.. you are truely a great team and I will always come back to you ! ❤
