Mike Richards was great!

I gave had overall good experiences with Lia Toyota. But my last service was particularly so. I have a hybrid car and the fluid services are a little different than for an ICE vehicle. The brochure that Toyota puts out listing these services is not great - but that is Toyota not the dealership. On my way over for the 30000 mile service, I got a phone call from Mike Richards telling me that he had noticed the services ordered by a less experienced employee I had worked with needed correction. I saw him when I arrived and he sorted out the work order.
