Lia Toyota of Colonie

We went to Lia Toyota of Colonie knowing the exact USED vehicle we were interested in (from looking at the website inventory, then confirming via phone of its availability). Not once did Kermit try to sway us to another vehicle or change our mind to buy new. He - and the financial guy - completely respected our wishes and worked with us to make the process as painless as possible. They were patient, (we had our 5 year old twins with us) answering all of our questions, forthcoming with all financial information and more than happy to accommodate our schedule. They provided us everything we needed and asked for. Several times, each staff member told us to call on them for any future needs. We actually did need to contact them regarding another item we needed for the vehicle a week or so later and Kermit was on top of it immediately. We can't say enough good things about Kermit or Lia Toyota! From a person who typically has purchased cars privately, we will certainly do business with Lia Toyota again next time we need a vehicle!
