Lost sale, lack of knowledge

Less than a year ago it was time to trade up on a leased RAV 4 that I got from Lia. Unfortunately the sales individual was very stubborn with his deal which forced me to look for a deal at another Toyota dealer who made me aware that there was actually value that could be applied toward deal of new lease. Guess who go the sale? Not Lia.
