Lia Toyota of Colonie

The Lia Toyota internet team provided a quote. We confirmed the quote over the phone multiple times before going in to make the purchase. When we went in the Sales manager said that it was not possible to give us the price that they quoted online. They also said that they didnt believe me. When I logged onto their computer and showed them the email, they started giving lame excuses like - it may be for a different model, it didnt include some accessory etc.. etc.. while the online quote clearly stated " The out of the door price" and was confirmed over the phone. Waste of time. I think they quote low on the internet to get you into the dealership and then the sales guys on the floor dont want to honor that since their commission is reduced !
