Liars, sleazy, inconsiderate, waste of time!!!! BEWARE

BUYER BEWARE!!! TYPICAL BAIT AND SWITCH!!! I spoke with the sales department on the phone multiple times to verify a price of a car before driving 150 miles each way and be surprised with a different price when I get there but that didn't matter. They added $10k to the price of the car and said that's not what it is. It's sleazy, scummy, and unethical!! I will never step a foot into this dealership for any reason! The manager didn't even bother coming to meet me and tell me that I was lied to, instead he sent the sales person to tell me.

Mina, apologies on your recent experiences at Lia Toyota. I agree with you that there was a mistake made here when the appointment was made. The BDC agent was not informed on the markup on this GR Corolla for NON LOCAL customers. The dealers outside our local area are marking up much more then $10k. That is why we have been instructed to prioritize local customers. Again, apologies on the miscommunication. We by no means are “bait and switching“ customers. Good luck on your search.
