Lia Toyota of Colonie

My husband and I are in the process of purchasing a used Toyota from Lia Toyota in Colonie, NY. Since last week when we first went to Lia, we have been lied to regarding the terms of our purchase and today a sales manager insulted me, argued with me, and yelled at me over the phone! I really want the vehicle we are trying to purchase but dealing with such rude and unethical staff is causing me alot of stress. I am a 40 year old professional woman who has purchased several cars over the last 20 some odd years and I have never been so insulted in my life by car salesmen! BEWARE of Lia Toyota, terrible unethical staff and poor service in terms of BATE AND SWITCH!! They ought to be ashamed!
