He was very informative on the model I was interested in, and also explained the differences in all the Sentra models to me. He did not try to coerce me into choosing a different vehicle, and he immediately took me on a test drive. During the test drive, he engaged in friendly conversation, making me feel at ease and comfortable. It is refreshing to have a salesman that seems to care about the consumer's life, rather than just the consumer's purchase potential. He thoroughly explained all the features and aspects of the car during the drive. He never exerted any unnecessary pressure, but immediately gave me all the info I needed when I expressed my desire to make a purchase. He thoroughly walked me through the potential deal terms, and promptly informed me when they were accepted. He also provided me with multiple insurance agency contacts, making that part of the process much easier. Two days later, I returned and filled out the purchase paperwork with Pedro. Pedro was incredibly friendly and made me feel like a friend rather than just a consumer. There was a bit of a long wait period, as the dealership was pretty busy, but Dave apologized and offered complementary beverages while I waited. He returned as quick as possible and gave me one last thorough rundown of all the features of the Sentra. Shortly after, I was pulling out of the lot with my new vehicle.
