Dealerships are typically ready to take your money; but Friendly Service is a winner. My invoice was paid but the problem was not fixed, this was an incomplete job and repeated attempts to resolve the issue went ignored by even the service manager. The followup visit was met with a misdiagnosis of the problem (service tech invented another problem to blame it one) and an invoice for a diagnostic fee. Information on the service tickets re: the service performed was deceptive. Friendly Service does not represent the Honda brand very well. Friendly's Service department is dishonest, unreliable, and they certainly do not care about retaining customers. Based on this experience, I will never use Friendly Honda again for service or a car purchase.
