Dealership Service Review
I took my newly purchased Outback in for service, i made the appointment 2 weeks ahead of arrival. I told them i would wait, after all it was just a basic service, Oil and filter, check fluids, and check something I hear when i go from Reverse to Park. and a touch screen issue. when I arrived they said I would have to leave the car that they could not get to it right away. after a half hour of talking about it they finally gave me a loner car. When i got the car back the NEXT Day there was no change in the touch screen issue but there was another issue on it, when I pointed it out to them they told me to see the SALESPERSON he knows the system better then the service people. very strange, the next day I went to use my windshield washer and it was out of fluid. that should heve been part of dthe check, also the expansion tank appeared to ne low this also should have been checked and filled. I have no confidence in the service dept here.
