Had to give one, only because of required field, they don't deserve one!

onWent in for a light, they did a complimentary Multi-point inspection, They said my oil was really dirty and burnt. I do my own oil changes, with Nissan filters, I do at every 3,000 or around 3,500 miles, using Mobil one full syntenic oil .They only advise changing oil at 7,000 mile intervals. I keep good records of every oil change, that oil only had 1,000 miles on it, and was pretty clean. When I called back they said they didn't see a sticker on the door. They never checked the oil to know it was really dirty and burnt! They also do not stick up for you if you want a repair under warranty.
