Thank you Kevin Haines for outstanding customer service! Kevin went ABOVE & BEYOND! I went to the Dealership Wednesday eve to test drive a vehicle the numbers weren't working so I found a different vehicle on line in Orchard Park Kevin was in training so I drove out to OP to check out the veh as I was getting close to the OP dealership - Kevin sent me a text: I hear ya wanna see a juke at Nissan Orchard Park? I'm here, and I have it pulled up for ya! It's beauteous! I was SO impressed not only was he already at the OP location he had the vehicle pulled up & ready greeted me with a smile! I drove that vehicle home within a few hours! He gained a customer for life!! I'm extremely impressed with Kevin and the friendly staff at West Herr Nissan in Lockport. 👍
