Habberstad BMW

I've been a customer of Habberstad and specifically their sales specialist, Demetrios Mirissis, since 1998. I'm on my 8th BMW with Demetrios and I love this dealership!! Every single time it's a super pleasant experience and I never feel any sales pressure...you don't get a back office guy trying to sell you extra mats!! Sales process is easy and Demetrios painstakingly spends a lot of time in making me feel comfortable with the purchase. Service is supreme...after 17 years they take care of me as if I was their own wife or daughter. I have plenty of horror stories from acquaintances at other BMW dealerships. Truly the best, most accommodating, pleasant and experienced BMW dealership in NY State. I can't say enough about them !!!
