Habberstad BMW

This was my second time leasing from Habberstad BMW. I had the 1 series convertible and was now leasing the 2 series convertible. Andy Hyun was gracious and professional in every way. He met all my expectations and located the exact car that I wanted. He made the whole process very easy. Jay Liardi, business manager, was also friendly and professional. He offered some extras, some of which I accepted and added on. Taisha (Ty whom I had worked with on my 1 series) is an invaluable asset. When the new car was delivered she explained all the new technolgy very patiently and then came to my home for a follow-up. The Encore program is wonderful since it is so important to be comfortable and secure in a new car. Habberstad BMW provides outstanding service in that area. I will definitely recommend Habberstad and look forward to leasing many more cars from Andy Hyun.
