Dealership Service Review
This has happened multiple times to me or my wife, we come in they don’t have the part and then I have to come back and they act like they don’t know why i am here. I came on my original appointment paid 1300 to have new tires, breaks, etc. however, I️ was told my heated seated couldn’t be fixed and they needed to order the part. I come back on the appointment date two weeks later (that basil scheduled) and am told they never even looked at the seat in my previous appointment and that the assistant that handle my work has been fired and lied to me. At that point at had to fight to get them to look at my car, have a feeling I am going to have to come back a third time for something under warranty. Just disappointed with the service. I actually liked the dealership, but I am struggling to want to come back when I purchase a future car.
