Joe Basil Chevrolet

To be completely honest, I was not all that optimistic that I would be leaving Joe Basil Chevy with a new truck. Luckily, I was wrong. I can be a tough customer to deal with when buying a vehicle, but, Trevor did an awesome job! First of all, he paid attention to what I wanted in a truck; i.e. reasonable payments, added options, etc. Trevor, as well as Diane and Nicole didn't push and prod like other local dealerships on options or accessories or service contracts. I felt no pressure in leasing a vehicle from your dealership. They worked with me on everything even though I didn't purchase accessories and didn't want certain service contracts. When the first numbers came back and I wasn't happy with them, Trevor worked hard to make a deal which I could be satisfied with and he definitely went above and beyond in getting it done. My last three vehicles were GM and I wasn't all that happy with the process in dealing with other Chevy dealerships, as well waiting for hours and hours to finalize things on supposed "express delivery". Trevor constantly apologized for my wait, but, I walked into your dealership at 11am and left with a new truck at 3:15pm and that included a trip home to get paperwork, keys, and wheels for my trade in. I'd say he, as well as Joe Basil Chevy, did a great job with the whole process! Not only will I recommend Joe Basil Chevy to anyone looking for a new vehicle, I'll be giving them Trevor's name, number, and email address! I'll be a Joe Basil Chevy customer for a long time!
