Worth the trip!

I travel almost an hour from my home to go to Lia instead of the Honda dealer 10 minutes away. Why? Because of their excellent customer service. My needs matter and it shows. When calling for an appointment, you can tell it’s going to be a different experience and then with a Service Advisor like Chris Grasso, who goes above and beyond, you know your business is valued and he cares. They take pride in their work, are transparent and work with you to resolve whatever issue you might have. I work in the opposite direction and still take time to go there. It’s worth the time to not be stressed about a repair or an oil change that becomes a “selling tool” at other places.
