What really impressed me was as soon as I pulled up into the service area of Lia Honda in Brewster I was immediately greeted by Nick Pogact with a smile and a welcoming greeting which made me feel immediately at ease. He was very friendly yet very professional. He explained everything in great detail as to what was checked and done on my vehicle. The cashier was also very friendly and pleasant. The dealership itself is very spacious and very clean. The seating accommodations are comfortable and there is a large TV for viewing. Oh and they even washed my car which I really appreciated! Overall I was extremely satisfied, and would highly recommend this dealership.
