I walked into Lia Honda on a Sunday afternoon while out hiking hoping to find a particular color in a Honda CRV touring edition 2021 or 2022. The people working here are very friendly and helpful, Irene who handles internet sales greeted me when I arrived and quickly introduced me to Jorge Campozano my salesman. After telling Jorge the specific car I was looking for he said he had just gotten a car in less than a week earlier and he proceeded to go find this car on their lot. I was so pleased and surprised they had exactly what I had been looking for. I didn’t even have my drivers license since I was a few miles away from my car so we did a test drive around the parking lot and I loved the car. I put a deposit on it that day. My husband who is a mechanic went by the dealership the next day and he also liked the car very much. He spoke with Jorge and Todd who is the general manager of this dealership and discussed the trade in value of my older CRV and financing and came to an agreement that we felt was a very fair deal. Finally my husband and I returned to Lia Honda on Tuesday afternoon with a bank check in hand to purchase the car. We met with Chris Corbett the finance manager who is also super helpful and friendly. He went over everything in detail regarding payments and even going with the extended warranty was able to keep within my budget. Our experience with Lia Honda was wonderful in all aspects. I would highly recommend this dealerships to my friends and family!!
