Castilone Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram

It took me many painful hours and 4 visits to other dealers, before I visited Castilone CJDR in Batavia. The minute I meet Amy,Jimmy and Greg, I knew I was in good hands and I would most likely buy my new Longhorn from them. The entire staff was friendly and imagine this..not only did I meet the service manager but also Steve Castilone , THE OWNER! Not every deal can be done quickly and mine was trickier than some, but the entire crew worked hard to make it happen and I am loving my 3rd Longhorn 1500. A special thank you to Amanda who took care of the little stuff that is so important. When I left the dealer, I felt that I had made a bunch of new friends and someday , I hope to do another deal with this great bunch of folks.
