Kayden Peterson went above and beyond what he needed to do in order to complete my service. I was having trouble connecting my IPhone to my car and he came outside to my car to help me. After several unsuccessful attempts, Kayden went inside and returned with a salesman who helped us with the connection. Kayden stayed not only to make sure I was satisfied but also to learn how to be able to help others. I live in Florida but always come back to Lia Nissan of Saratoga for service and to renew my lease every 3 years.
