Online scheduling was quick and easy. Check in with Walter was efficient and courteous. I waited for the service to be done (oil change and tire rotation). I was in and out in less than an hour and a half. Only additional service recommendation was for new tires. Walter indicated that Lia had a sale but he did not pressure me into buying, which I liked. I prefer to research those purchases before committing. Overall, my experience with Walter Cook and the Lia staff has always been very good.
