Overall good service, Improvement needed

The service was good. Celeste Hill was kind and helpful, however, there needs to be more focus on being detail oriented. Original price for work quoted was not final price due to incorrect pricing and calculations. Great customer service requires great diligence and care for details. Overall, good, but still room for improvement.
