Timothy Frank was excellent at diognosing and so fixing a problem I have been dealing with for the last couple months. He was knowledgeable and helpful and ended up replacing the battery after doing some testing. Having my car serviced at Lia has always been easy, and this time was the best experience yet. Thank you.
