Michael Carpenter was absolutely amazing!!! He is the definition of what excellent customer service looks like! It started with a friendly and warm welcome as I was scheduled for a service visit. He smiled, laughed and joked with my husband and I and it was a pleasurable experience. Way to go Michael!!!!!! Lia needs to clone you!
