First of all I’ve bought 2 cars at this dealership in the last 15 years and the only reason it wasn’t three was that I was living out of town. Lia and Hyundai stand by their cars and support their customers. I’ve had my current car 13 months and the only reason I had to bring it in was for inspection and it’s first service visit, less than 8K miles this year soooooo. Timothy Frank was awesome! At my door just after I drove into the garage bay. Quickly took my car back, told me what time it would be ready and showed me to the comfortable waiting area. My car was ready EXACTLY at the time he said it would be. Loved that my scheduled maintenance was included so I walked out of the shop in an hour for just the $10 inspection cost! I’ve had a 2002 Elantra, 2006 Sante Fe, 2015 Sonata and now a 2022 Elantra and I can’t imagine buying or leasing anything else!
