Laura Traudt was so patient with me, Rosemarie, as I was so upset about my car. My hubby handled everything; the two of them together did a wonderful job. Laura had my vehicle finished in less than the time given to me. Ruby (my car) was beautiful and has been running awesome since I got her back. I am wicked grateful. Laura you are wonderful and I will praise your workmanship and customer support for a long time. Thank you and a thank you to Lia Hyundai, Albany, NY.
