I had an appointment, and car was taken in exactly on time. Estimate of cost was Incredibly accurate. Status of maintenance was reported to me regularly. Service was completed and the time promised. There was a clean, bright, well spaced waiting area, which I very much appreciated. Service advisor Timothy Frank did an excellent job of keeping me apprised of status of car.
