onWent to get my oil change which I’ve been doing for the past two years there. On the phone when I made the appointment I advised that I would be needing a shuttle ride back to my place of employment to please note my account. When I arrived I informed again so they put me in the list. I ended up waiting 45 minutes and asked someone how much longer. I was then told that the clipboard was under papers and the driver did not see it. Then I was advised it wouldn’t be that much longer. I ended up walking back to work. This dealership needs to be more efficient in the way they work and manage customers. Very disappointed
