My sales person, Michael Lioi, couldn't have been more accommodating. He listened, returned calls and was always the ultimate professional. Mike Murphy sat with me in my new RX350 and very patiently explained the different assets and how to operate them. He couldn't have been nicer. Jason, in finance, had all the papers ready to sign and explained clearly what each one represented. A very pleasant experience due to all three men.
