Just came back from buying a wonderful pre-certified Lexus. The experience was very matter of fact: 3 sedans pulled up, we tested all, discussed pros and cons for my needs, gentle, professional and time was allowed for private family discussions. No pressure, and negotiations are ever so quietly done. A wonderful experience!
