Carl went above and beyond to help me despite the fact I reside over 2,000 miles away from the dealer and am on the very low end of affording the Lexus I desired. He always promptly answered my phone calls and emails and made me feel very taken care of. I don't know if I will be able to afford a Lexus this go round, but when we do we know with certainty Carl is honest and easy to work with and he will be the guy we call. Period.
