The worse experience buying a new car. The sales person without any personal info just assume you can't afford it just miss judging the customers. I got 2 Audi Q7 went to get a Lexus RX 350 and one the sales persons came and bring with him some one with more experience to close the deal and the one we the most experience just star acting like he was doing us a favor and said several times that we can't we can afford that car. Was very [non-permissible content removed] in the way he speak and rude. So Be careful is go to Lexus route 10. You need to Look certain way so they can show you some respect as a person.
