Paul Miller BMW

I went looking for a new BMW dealer because I was displeased with my "local" BMW shop. I knew exactly what I wanted, and sent out email inquiries to 5 or 6 BMW dealers within a 25 mile radius. Brittney at Paul Miller responded immediately with the car I wanted at a great price. The online response from the other dealers fell far short of expectations for several reasons. One dealer simply sent me a link to a car listed on their website. Brittney then handed me off to sales rep Allen M., who was extremely professional and efficient. We set up an appointment, everything went like clockwork, and I was in and out the dealership with my new car in around 90 minutes. Having purchased and leased many cars over the past 25 years, I always expect the worst...but Paul Miller was the exception, and was the best experience I have had with any dealership. Next time, I will not have to go looking for the best BMW agency. I've found it.
