My comments about Phil F. and Marcelo G. - I would like to express my appreciation for your extended services towards me. I know I presented a challenge but both of you gracefully presented the solution of which I'm greatly appreciative. BMW is in my DNA. There is no match for the comfort, stability and security I feel at any speed and in any weather condition. I can't thank everyone (operations manager for dealing with tradein) enough at Paul Miller BMW. The finance options presented to me was a gift that was unparalled by any other dealership in the Tri-State area.
