I have a 2015 MKX, Went in for complimentary oil change, was greeted by service technition, proceeded into office, signed in and told to wait in customer waiting area and help myself to coffee or tea some Danish and relax. They will come and get me when car is ready in about 1 1/2 hours including a car wash.
