I needed a part for my 1998 Lincoln Mark VIII, which amazingly enough, was still covered by the Emissions Warranty, since Ford has discontinued all other parts for this model. Service Advisor Nick Frey researched my parts requirement, found that it was still available, ordered the part and oversaw the installation, all at no cost to me. Nick is an excellent customer-oriented advisor who places a high level importance on his customer's service and satisfaction. I have been dealing with Lincoln of Wayne for over 25 years (4 purchases)and have always received superior and timely service. The Spina's run one of the better, if not the best, auto dealerships in NJ and I would definitely consider them if I were to purchase another car.
