Horrible service, another dealer had to fix

09 escape purchased from dealer, had transmission problems, took dealer 4 times and they finally replaced transmission, however another dealer found out the pinched a gasket when replacing transmission. They also told me they needed 3 days to replace cams, however other dealer did repair in a day!
