Not very happy with the last two visits

onMy first visit was awful Apparently when the car is returned to the customer it's Land Rover policy to wash all the trucks (mine wasn't) and was promised a car detail with the next service Second visit: I had gone in for an oil change, upon speaking with Mike Barone (I reminded him that I was promised a detail and he states that he couldn't remember and we was going back and forth a few minutes finally he had some knowledge about the conversation. I was given a loaner and the first one was very filthy no gas, second loaner upon driving off the rotors were rubbing didn't feel safe driving it, and that too was dirty inside and out
