Dealership Service Review
I am greeted and treated with the utmost of friendly smiles, kindness and understanding. The "new" service rep, Katie, is an incredibly cool, knowledgeable and smart young lady that knows what she is talking about, what's even better is if she doesn't know she will find out like it's her mission. Been going there since 2016, my wife is on her 2nd and I am on my 3rd. Have some issues with my 23' Outback limited, was there on a Friday, Katie was on the phone with me on Monday working on a resolution, not sure how it's going to work out but I know I'll be there with it or another Outback. Like I said, there's no place like home. My yes responses to questions are for the maintenance not for the outstanding issue that is still pending.
