2017 Subaru Forester with approximately 130,000 miles. Likes: able to get an appointment quickly; friendly and knowledgeable service manager; location easily accessible; clean restrooms; multiple waiting rooms with one being more quiet. Dislikes: Paid a surcharge for using my credit card for payment; Snacks weren't that great in the waiting room
