Tom was extremely patient with us during the two day process/time we took to decide to purchase two Crosstreks - he walked us through the whole process with great explanations/answered all our questions, and was personable and made the process enjoyable (not unbearable, like many car dealerships). Nancy was so much fun during the financing process and we enjoyed sharing stories of our pets. The stressful anticipation leading up to this process disappeared as soon as we began interacting with Tom. Best salesperson across three car purchase interactions I have had so far in my life.
