My wife and I found a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee through truecar which led us to this dealership. We walked in, showed them our truecar certificate and we were assisted by Bill M. We were actually skeptic to see if they will honor our truecar certificate and was already expecting a bit of haggling, but our sales rep, Bill M explained to us how truecar works and told us that price on our truecar certificate is the price we pay (which is a few thousand less). There was no price haggling at all which was a very refreshing car buying experience. It took us longer to fill out the paperwork than to agree on the price of the vehicle.
