Route 46 Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram
Dealership Service Review
Ok, so if you actually make the mistake in buying a new Chrysler which seem to all be plagued by electronic problems as I read across the internet... DO NOT BUY IT AT THIS DEALERSHIP. Leaving my Finance department horror story out of this review, let's concentrate on the SERVICE department and the lies they too impose on customers. So my convertible top to my Sebring won't go back up, I am 99% sure its a relay for my passenger side window that is basically holding up the entire process, no big deal, one relay for a window switch, replace it, half hour job, maybe an hour. This was three days ago. I have called them twice a day every day since, "HOWS MY CAR DOING?" Oh the part still didn't come in. Mind you I have a real job, I have a real family to try and support, and now I have NO CAR, no loaner when asked because the job they promised would take a day tops. I'm not moving into the fourth day of them sitting around NOT fixing my car "waiting for the relay" which I can buy at autozone as they either lie or just simply do not care. Let's not forget that this all occured in my opinion because the service department guy JUSTIN along with "DAVE" tried to get me to pay close to $2600 in OTHER unrelated repairs, like two new tires, $600, alignment $500, brake pads, check this out $800! BRAKE PADS $800. I Emphatically declined any service at that price, and my one day job has now become low priority for them. I will be taking a taxi to the dealership tomorrow and will not leave until my car is back in my possession, fixed or not. I'll take it to a different Chrysler dealer because from the day I bought that car they've been running scams on me, refer to my nightmare with the Finance Department and Lying Sales floor manager who raised my interest rate to 6% from 2%. Just lies from everyone that works there, literally I walk in there expecting to be lied to. Bad business model, I hope you all heed my warning and find a car elsewhere, a more honest place that could use the business as opposed to this house of cards run by [violative content deleted]. I'd actually do background checks on people that work there if I could to prove a point, but hey, that's the car business right? What a joke. Shame on this dealership for taking advantage, shame.
