I found the sales representative (Kris) to be knowledgeable and friendly. The sales manager (I cannot recall his name) was very professional and did not haggle me over the gymnastics of the price, but rather took the time to compare/contrast both the retail price of the new car relative to the retail price of my trade-in. Since the purchase of the car I’ve been very pleased. I had one issue (with something outside of the car and service) which Kris and the service department addressed and exceeded my satisfaction. I wish all car dealerships worked this well.
