The dealership's strategy appears to be to bring customers in with low advertised prices which look great. What isn't made clear, is that those prices on used cars do not include ANY warranty, the mandatory upholstery and exterior protection, etc. I also had issues with the dealership filling out paperwork incorrectly which led to inconvenience and additional fees in getting my car registered.
